Chris Proud – Story 1 PhD

The purpose of this post is to generate HTML metadata for a video clip published to archive.org and elsewhere.

Prof. Chris Proud spends time with students from the University of Adelaide discussing big questions in science. In this short (1:21) clip, Chris tells students how his PhD thesis on insulin did not lead to much until an accidental discovery was made 15 years later. The Faculty of Sciences thanks Chris for being so generous in this time with students and for allowing us to share the video so freely as part of our 10bigQuestions effort.
